Paul Bauder GmbH & Co. KG was founded in Stuttgart in 1857 and is now a leading manufacturer of roofing systems in Europe. Innovations such as the introduction of welded roofing membranes (1964) and PU insulation boards (1967), as well as the company’s international expansion, have shaped its success story. Since 2018, brothers Jan, Mark, and Tim Bauder have been leading the family business as the fourth generation of owners. With eight plants in Germany and Austria, a new plant under construction in Drusenheim, France, and sales subsidiaries in 18 countries, Bauder stands for sustainable solutions, a commitment to customer focus, and values such as trust and team spirit—for a Future worth living.

At Bauder, you don't just watch right from the start, you take on exciting tasks. During the apprenticeship, trainees gain a comprehensive insight into the company's business processes and work in various departments. Each apprentice is supported by a personal training mentor. By working in the day-to-day business and taking on tasks independently, the training is varied and practical.
Bauder aims to take on all apprentices after they have successfully completed their training. In addition, the company offers the opportunity for further training after the apprenticeship.
