Our aim is to realize sophisticated architecture in an economical manner. We have also developed a considerable range of products, particularly in the rental housing sector, and offer rental apartments in every price category for all sections of the population. Our company currently has around 1,400 rental apartments, making us one of the largest providers on the regional housing market. Our portfolio mainly comprises apartment buildings with four to 27 apartments; we also have terraced houses in our portfolio. Some apartments are barrier-free or even wheelchair-accessible. We are also active in the construction of new-build projects. Energy-efficient refurbishment is a high priority in our residential portfolio.
Personal service is particularly important to us: a team of technically trained employees with their own service vehicles ensures that minor damage is repaired quickly. There is also a round-the-clock emergency heating and plumbing service. All properties in our portfolio are of course regularly modernized, repaired and energy-optimized by specialist companies.
We are also committed to good coexistence: We build residential facilities for young and old, as well as for people with disabilities. To promote contact with one another, we have built a meeting place in Verden in cooperation with the Johanniskirche Verden. This is open to the entire neighborhood.
In the 100 years of our existence, we have gained a wealth of experience in order to be able to advise and serve our tenants comprehensively and competently. In the Future , we want to continue to work and operate effectively and in a future-oriented manner in the housing industry throughout the district of Verden. This includes training our own junior staff and enabling young people to enter the exciting professional field of the real estate industry. During their three-year training, prospective real estate agents learn how to manage and broker housing. They also gain an in-depth insight into technology.
